Even pulled them out and reinstalled them, but it was the same story, except this time I turned it off before the fuse had time to blow. Power transformer terminal 1 read something like 118V, so I checked 4 to see if it was acting up again, and I got the fast changing voltages I saw the each time before I the fuse blew, so I shut her down.Are there any other things that could be causing these problems?
