Actually I found an L pad calculator and built one this afternoon. I made this:

+ from amp ---------20 ohm-------------- + headphone jack
I
I
3.00 ohm
I
I
- from amp--------------------------------- - headphone jack

I listened for a short time, It seems to work ok. I used some leftover 1/8 watt metal film resistors.
Think that will be ok for the SEX amp?
