A PGP8 with a choke-input filter should get you close to the desired 300 volts. But the BCP-15 is not rated for more than 50mA, so you'd need a new plate choke as well. The EXO-003, as used in the ParaBee, is a good bet. Good luck finding a suitable layout, we had to really cram things into the ParaBee; it's one large reason future designs will use the larger chassis plate!
