RE: Poll: which transport with Audio Note Kits DAC 2.1?

I'll be using the HagUSB converter and Windows Vista Media Player which sounds good to me. Also going to try USB/Cat5 conversion to get the computer 40 feet or so from the DAC. Not interested in squeezebox.

What could be more convenient than a CD player? Drag self off the couch and across the floor, pop in a new disc and back to the couch without even opening my eyes. Sometimes I don't even want to think about computers.

Do you have a transport?
