I havent personallyu heard the Panache but I wouldnt worry about having the power to drive your PSB minis they arent an especially hard to drive speakers and the Panache seems to have a pretty well built power supply and puts out more than enough power than you would likely need to drive the PSB's. Most people dont realize how little power they really need if they are in a small-mid sized room and dont listen at rock concert volume levels. i have lived happily for many years with a 35wpc SS integrated driving a variety of speakers and never really felt i needed more power. The room I used this integrated was about 14x18x8ft so it was medium sized.
