Thanks for all the replys. I agree, it is my preamp. The specs say it has 17.2db gain, but I think it is really no match for these amps. This has been the first time I have had this iswsue, and I have probably run 10-12 pairs of amps through it. A couple required me to turn it up a bit more, but they were also lower power amps.
Now comes the decision. Which ones to sell?
