What SS on bottom?/ Rogue M120 on top w/ VR4JR

Want to bi-amp on the cheap.
Currently driving my Von Schweikert VR4jr with Rogue Audio M120. Pleased with the sound (the 120's have thier limitations but they do so many things right) Want to keep the 120's for the top end and bi-amp with solid state on the bottom half.
Financial situation dictates $1200 max,new or used.

Am considering these:
BAT VK200 (leaning in this direction)
Channel Islands D100 (new and new design)
Pass Labs Aelph 3 (concerned that VR4jr are too ineffient)
Classe CA100

Using AA Cap MKII SE &
Stealth gold & VD Master cables

Appreciate any feedback on these or any other solid state amps driving Von Schweikert sucessfully.
