Any thoughts on a Linn Classik vs. Sim Audio I-3?

Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here.

(Sorry, Mods, I meant to post this here. Sorry for double post....)
I currently have a Linn Classik in the basement (HT) rig driving a pair of Dynaudio Audience 52SEs just for movies and kid's stuff. (Panny Plasma, etc.....but NO interest in 5.1!!)Also have Rel Strata III sub.
I also have a slightly modded Sony 999es for SACD and DVDs.
So.....there's a guy in town selling a Sim Audio (Moon) I-3 100 wpc integrated for the same proice as I could sell Linn for. Sure, th Classik is fine and I am happy with it, but I am curious if the I-3 would offer any benefits in the bass department.
Also, I could hook the sub to the speaker posts of the Sim instead of pre-out on Linn because Linn uses UK BFAs for speaker posts. Could make a difference.
