And a little scary. I love how you convince yourself of your own righteousness. I'm not the only one who has pointed that out.

Your issue becomes one that you alone create. Doesn't matter how it starts. Try opening a debate about US v. UK sound....generally speaking.

Proac vs. Revel.
Linn vs. Levinson.
Harbeth vs. whoever
Spendor vs. VS.

I BELIVE that you will find other inmates who MAY say:

1. UK is more laid back.
2. Softer with better midrange
3. favors musicality over pinpoint imaging

And, you know what, Don, Rotel (mifi, hifi, wifi, who knows but you) is an entry level version of EXACLY THAT.
