Primaluna=far better build quality and slightly better sound than Jolida and Ive owned 2 differant Jolidas a 102b and 302b, both featured crappy build quality, but overall nice sound for the money. But the Primaluna is better in both regards. Hope this helps. I used to think the Jolida was the best entry level tube stuff out there until Primaluna came along that is.
