Rhoderstein was purchased by Vishay a few years ago and ones available in the USA are made to Resista's specs by another Vishay subsidiary, Dale. Since you are building these from scratch I would suggest you use Vishay S102s from input to output and Rhoderstein from output to ground as you have a separate resistor for each ground........This should give you the purity from input to output and hopefully some of the wonderful imaging of the Rhoderstein to ground.......The S102s don't image as well as the Rhoderstein and this might just give you best of both...........
