Yesterday, a friend and I went to a stereo shop, he ordered the monster Rotel. We did a fun c.mparison between an $800, 130 WPC Rotel and a $3200, 150 WPC Bryston. The Bryston (3BST?) was indeed a bit better at instrument delineation and it also had a more forward presentation, but the plain-Jane Rotel wasn't too far behind. Great bang-for-the-buc. stuff.
In c.se you wanted know, the rest of the rig was a C.asse C.P (c.ol touc. sc.een), a Bryston pre and Paradigm's new S4s.
