Abe, thanks for reminding me about these! I saw those in my Amazon searches but thought the pre-wired plugs would eliminate one extra step in getting it working. From the photos I never thought it would be stranded high gauge wire with almost nothing exposed. I was being generous calling it 1/16 inch. The pre-stripped part of the wire is closer to a single mm. I have gator clips test leads and will try them first.

I've used my DMM for years for setting bias on my Cary SLI-80. I bought a second meter and am assembling the Cary connector wire so I don't need to disconnect and reconnect the DMM several times for the left and right sides.

The Cary connector I've used for years fits so tight that I almost hit a live power tube with it while removing it. This has happened several times. I really need to muscle it to get it out of the socket. I also want to make the whole bias setting process easier and faster so I can check more frequently for bias drift. Thank you for the ideas!
