Hey, I totally get that. I'm in the same boat and amps that have connections in "odd" places are an immediate reject from me. I know, my loss, but aesthetics and cable management are important, especially when your "listening space" is the living room.
I know someone's going to come at me for the word "odd", but that and those on the top of the case drive me nuts. I'm sure there is some pure technical audiophile reason for them, but hard nope from me.
