"prob" . Have you actually measured using an SPL meter? If you haven't then you may find a surprise awaiting. For example with wide dynamic range programme there are likely to be peaks which may last for only fractions of a second but which lie well above what your ear considers to be the maximum volume level that you are hearing. The amp still has to provide the required power though.

I have never owned a Pass Labs amp but have friends with them and I was impressed ( by the amps; the friends impressed less frequently ;-)).
