Cary SLI-80 Owners re: main AC fuse accessibility

How do you get the AC fuse out of the unit? It seems that it should be behind or in the IEC. However, when I remove the IEC hold-down hex screws the IEC cannot be removed because it's designed to be too large to pull out, and there is no access to the AC fuse.

There is no guidance in the manual on how to access and replace the AC fuse. There's only guidance on which symptoms indicate AC fuse replacement is necessary.
