There is a guy in France who restores / upgrades old amplifiers, and he specializes in Sansui.
I've seen pictures of his work, and he does a great job, going further than the basic technician (even a good one) would do.
He often has some amps for sale, at a rather high (but justified) price, but has nothing to offer right now. However, he could do the work on my friend's amp, should eh decide to go that road. We are based in Belgium so, France is our neighbor.
