Generally speaking, modern caps are smaller in size for a given capacitance, and fitting new filter caps usually means higher capacitance wether you want it or not - because it has to fit, physically.
I would venture that 25000 instead of 15000 shouldn't pose issues, but that depends on how well the amp is built.
Use the best quality you can find, it dOES have an impact on sound quality.
