You still have provided no direct evidence of what "tuned and matched" means, in this context. NAD simply specifies that the NC modules are "customized" for their usage. Whether that translates to improved objective performance, we don't know. All of the NC-based amplifiers I've seen (even DIY ones) exhibit excellent objective performance.
You seem to be suggesting that enterprising DIYers or manufacturers that are using OTS Hypex modules to construct their commercial products are at a disadvantage compared to folks like NAD. I see no evidence to support that. I DO see evidence that products like the M22 are pretty darn expensive.
