That's a good point. I forgot to mention that you need to tell them to use the same component that has failed. Not a substitute. If for some reason the original isn't available, you may have to get involved. For example if it is a leaky coupling capacitor, that is a boutique or high quality cap, that is no longer available, you may want to find something suitable and have it changed in both channels.
