I have a CM II driving a pair of Magnepan LRS in a large room with no
problems. Matter o' fact, I love the thing. If you're wanting to drive
main speakers and subs, you should check the outputs to be sure you can.
There are plenty of used CM IIs on the used market so you may wish to
investigate that. The changes Rogue made for the CM III do not affect
the sound quality of the amp, and I understand a II will sound just like
a III, and the II is cheaper. You may even be able to find one new for
a nice discount.
