Got that.
I replaced my ARC D250 MKII with a Carver LightStar 2.0
and after a few years one of the bulbs for one of the meters went out.
Should of been an easy repair right?
Trying to take apart the front of the Carver was enough,
let alone the front end of a Mac.
I gave up and cut the lead for the bulb in the other meter.
No lights better than one.
As for the front end heavy D250.
I sold it when it needed the filter caps replaced.
To heavy to keep moving around.
Now at 66 years of age even the 45 lb weight of the Carver is enough.
BTW Your amp will look marvelous when it's done.
I have always loved the look of Macs.
I would go to Harvey Audio in Syosset to drool over them.
That started back in the 70's.
