I hate to be a nit picker but pure class A is a redundancy and seems to imply some misunderstanding of what class A is. It's either class A or it's not. If an amp is not all class A it's AB no matter how rich the class A portion is. And by the way all single ended audio amps are class A. They have no choice. It's inherent in the topology of single ended.
