Kind of depends on what you aim to do with it. There are many flavors. For example do you need tansconductance, low noise or maybe you only plan to use it as a quick and dirty current source? Linear Systems sells some very high performance Jfets suitable for low noise front ends in the LSK170 (n-ch) LSK74 (p ch) and they'll even match them for you, but you better loosen your purse strings if you want those. There are many many more garden variety alternatives widely available from the usual suspect if you need something more ordinary. If you gave more detail about your goals for them it would be easier to narrow down applicable choices.
