Depends on how cool you can keep the die. That depends on the cooling design.
Absolute max die temp is given in the data sheet. Thermal characteristics of the packaging are also briefly described by the data sheet but TI would undoubtedly have a more thorough thermal data document for that specific package type.If you have all that, know the thermal properties of your chosen heat sink, thermal interface materials, etc. take into consideration any forced air, etc, then you can calculate the maximum power you will be able to handle continuously.
