Sorry for missing this thread...yes the AX-8 has analog inputs, 1 set of balanced AES and 2 sets of RCA inputs are available. Similar to the QX-5, there will be multiple options to expand its capabilities as you'd like, which would add S/PDIF, USB, and Ethernet connections to the unit as well as the analog.
Pricing is out now: the unit ranges between $5950-$7950, depending on the options you add to it. We expect to have the units available at dealers soon. We've had to get the last couple components dialed in before we can start sending them out to everyone, but we also wanted to be happy with them before they ship out. Hope that helps!
