If you did not have that problem with other preamps, then the Cary is the culprit. It would need more RFI shielding. I've had the same problem with FM bleed over on another brand of tube preamp but it was not loud enough to bother me. I think you are best off by turning the tuner off it if annoys you that much. If not, you will have that problem till the cows come home!
