If your need for 3 RCA inputs isn't fixed in stone, consider the Peachtree Nova 150. It has 2 RCA line level inputs, a couple of optical inputs, USB-A, USB-B, and coaxial as well. 150W/ch into 8 ohms and 250W/ch into 4 ohms should meet your power requirements.
MSRP is $1800 for a new copy but if you don't need an amp yesterday if not sooner, they do have promotional discounts every now and then. Refurbished amps with the same warranty as new are sometimes available through their website at a discounted price as well. If you can't find a local dealer, they do have a 30 day trial period.
