...and the Outlaw 7100 are back in the system, with the three front channels biamped with six channels of the Butlers. I almost ordered a pair of the new Emotiva XPA-DR3 three-channels-times-450Watts amps but couldn't quite convince myself that doing that was a good idea, for financial ($4K for both) and musical reasons. So my top-of-the-short-list amp is still a pair of PS Audio BHK 250s, but that won't happen for a good-many months if at all. That MAY be because every time I reinstall the Butlers, the sounds is VERY nice!This time they got partnered with a newer set of solid-silver-conductors Clear Day speakercable. This new set is a special version with six 24g. conductors (= 16-1/4g.) per pole.
