I was fantasizing about buying another c-j amp of similar generation but all SS, such as an MF2500 and using that as the bass amp, but...
Also, I'll be using quite expensive custom-designed and wound- speakercable on the upper freqs made mostly of Mundorf 18g. Silver/Gold-in-Teflon conductors plus a 23g. pair of Neotec UPOCC silver. The cost per foot of this stuff is about $80 (times about 12), and at c. 14g., it won't be very good at passing the current from a bass amp to the woofers. So I'll be using something much larger and less expensive on the bass.
But I'm still trying to buy my old McCormack DNA-750s from the fellow to whom I sold them, so the Salon2s, IF I ever buy them, will be biwired but not biamped.
