No, I don't hear much separation at concerts.
It's really more the sense of the instruments sharing the same acoustical space. Just as you find with minimally miked recordings (which I consider to be the most realistic sounding) from labels like Telarc, RR, Windham Hill, etc.
I won't be trading in my Pass X150.5 for an NCore anytime soon.
