Since it lives in a closet (~85 degrees in there), I've been using a small fan with it.
...but it doesn't show the connection the module bottom plate has to the chassis.
Taller standoffs which are difficult to show because of the lower lip of the enclosure. Are you suggesting that the bottom of the enclosure should be coupled to the board's heatsink for additional dissipation area?
