Maybe he will, for a "garage system". Haha!

No offense to the O.P. but he did say "garage system" so I wouldn't get too excited. If that new amp replaced his main amps in his main system I would take notice and pay close attention.... but that ain't going to happen would be my bet. ;-)

I've had some personal experience over the years with Class D amps including 100% proprietary designs, B&O ICEpower based amps, and Hypex UcD & Ncore. Some were pretty good and I would definitely use a couple in my garage. They do run cool after all which is a plus in the summertime as my garage has no air conditioning. But so far, I still prefer traditional Class AB (solid-state or tubes) over Class D.
