It's a phono preamp circuit with the discrete first stage servo'd, consisting multiple paralleled jfet front end biased in class AB, that has the RIAA compensation network in the feedback path. These caps are part of the compensation network and the only caps coming any where near the signal and so definitely worth talking about.
