I have some experience with the LS-37 phono stage, but not the LS-58. I bought the PCB stuffed but bare bones and did the case and power supply myself. Their standard build seemed to user cheaper parts that sounded fine but a bit underwhelming.

I later just got a bare LS-37 PCB and stuffed it myself with much higher quality audiophile type parts and it sounds fantastic.

So parts quality probably not the best.
