For what it's worth, I had the Jolida 102B several years ago and enjoyed its warm, lively sound. Looked really pretty also.
You'll probably be alright with either amp as I am a believer that most amps (within their category of tubes or solid state) sound similar. I've been through probably 25 amps since the Jolida, and can't say for sure that I've improved on it much.
