Unless you can drive and deliver the pre amp yourself unit doesn't matter all that much with mailing cost being relatively expensive no matter what. I would go with the better established Jolida which may indeed be the one in Maryland which was where they were formerly located. I hope all goes well and that the true Jolida can now stand up (anyone old enough to remember "To Tell The Truth" ?
