Oh, you'll get sound alright, but at decent levels any dynamic swings will drive it into clipping. Net result is that you won't be happy listening to it for long periods. Also, I forgot to mention that it can not be used with your turntable without a phono preamp, and that will take up the only input. I don't think you want to waste money in just trying out different systems.
