The Manley Neo-Classic 250 with 10 EL34 per monoblock were warm, rich, robust, and very dynamic. I loved those amps a lot but they were huge and put out a lot of heat. I also had some minor reliability issues with a bad batch of EL34s so Manley recommended using 6CA7 instead. I replaced all the power tubes ($$$$) with 6CA7's and it was a bit more transparent and very stable.
As for the sound, I would put the Rogue Cronus Magnum integrated with KT120's right up there with the much more expensive Manley Neo-Classic 250's, if your speakers don't need the 250wpc that the Manleys put out. I discovered that my Thiels do just fine with ~100wpc from the Rogue. T
The Rogue is also much easier to bias as they use multi-turn trim pots and a built-in meter. The Manley was more touchy with the single turn pots.
Both are outstanding amps but the Rogue is especially nice given it's bargain price.
