I've changed the fuses in mine and it does make a nice difference: more resolution.
A big change occurred when I bought a Triode Wire Labs 7+ power cord. I had used a couple of other good name brand cords but the TWL was a huge jump. Larger soundstage, far greater dynamics, and a harmonic richness/tonal accuracy that is superb.
Don't use vinyl but a friend I lent it to said the phono stage is decent. He also said, however, that you can easily better it with an outboard one costing a few hundred dollars.
