I'm sorry, I thought you mentioned a budget between $1K and $1.5K. The Krell is listed at $1100 and the Cary at $1300.
There is always many ways to skin a cat. That's the beauty of this hobby, so many options, so much equipment.
The one thing I have liked about integrated amps in the past, is the possible synergism you can get by having the amp/preamp designed as a set by a single manufacturer. You also save on good interconnects.
I just think you'll need some power for those speakers of yours. I like to go with established products that have good word of mouth. At least go USED to get the most bang for your buck. Good luck.
