I think Plitron is an excellent choice. They make very high quality toroidal transformers.
Get a bit higher VA, like their 120VA because they don't have 100VA. More current isn't a bad thing.
I'd recommend calling them and talking to a sales rep and tell them what you need and they'll make sure it's the correct part. I've dealt with them before and they are easy to talk to.
Also the 24VAC dual output will be fine for your application.
