If tube replacement was standing in the way of enjoying music through a BAT VK 50SE, I would get a second job. I was the guy that thought tube equipment was for people who wanted to live in the past. Now I am absolutely spoiled by my own BAT VK 50SE. When I owned a solid state preamp, I would listen about an hour everyday or every other day. Now, I can't get enough-----------upto about 2-3 hours per day.
