Abe, I've had the Nova for several months now. I don't listen to it often, since it is a tertiary system for me. Therefore, it probably isn't even totally broken in. I do enjoy it however driving my NHT 2.5 speakers. The sound is very engaging encluding the bass and treble extremes. I have used the DAC via a Roku Soundbridge and a Samsung DVD universal player, and it sounds great. My only dismay is the lack of any digital stream info. There are no leds to give you bitstream information. So I assume it is upconverting the 44.1Khz, 96khz sources to 192khz, but it doesn't give you a clue.
