All of the cello amps sound wonderful. The 150 was one of their last designs and was developed from the Duet 350.
Because their products were sold worldwide, all their power transformers had multiple (or tapped) primary windings and could be easily rewired to accommodate ANY line input voltage from 100 to 240VAC. Many of the transformers (I don't have specific info on the 150) had the winding and lead color code information printed on the side.
A knowledgeable technician should be able to figure out the correct scheme.
