RE: final four to choose from?

Nothing has to be final about this. I'd say try the ones that are easy to try on a satisfaction guaranteed basis. I know that Audio Advisor will send you a Creek and you don't like it, you can send it back. That would be a good data point for you.

The Naim is a classic integrated many people like, who knows if you will.

Odyssey seems to be really nice gear, but might not be up front enough for you.

Simaudio is a good choice, but again I like less analytical and more musical.

Overall all might work well, but which you'll like is a bigger question.
