It's not wpc that matters all the time. It's also current, damping, etc.
50 wps with a Naim amp is like 100 with others.

50 wpc is plenty of power for speakers. Even if they are 4/86. Remember, you have monitors.....almost mini-monitors. What are your expectations?

I had Proac Response 2.5s and drove them wondefully with an Audio Analogue Puccini int amp. That is also another one to consider.

I am not from NY so I do not know all the shops there.
If you want to find out, put up a new post in the General Asylum and ask for "Audio shops in NYC or Philly". Careful, many people will tell you waht I will also tell you.....
