The Voltage Paradigm assumes that constant voltage from an amplifier into all loads is ideal. The Power Paradigm assumes that constant power from an amplifier into all loads is ideal.
The sound of an amplifier based on VP measurements is not predictable.
The sound of an amplifier based on PP measurements is predictable.
Objectivists fall roughly into the VP camp.
Subjectivists fall roughly into the PP camp.
To be useful (IMO), measurements ought to say something about the sound of the amp, so I am from the PP camp. I was just wondering if you were going to relate the sound vs. the measurements or something like that.
