How would you know?

Besides, even if it's true, so what? To you, the end consumer, does it make a difference if all of your funds end up in one pocket, or two, or more?

If you were so inclined to look at some of the empirical performance results of each of these designs I guarantee you'd find one of them a clear winner. The fact that one of these two units spews hazardous amounts of RF into the environment should be compelling enough reason for any reasonable customer to do their due diligence prior to purchase. If one digs a little deeper they will begin to learn about PSU pumping, output filter resonance and shoot-through issues.

Something else to ponder. Why is it that there are some fairly well known manufacturers (like PS Audio, Tact, Bel Canto, Rowland, CIA, etc) all using either ICE, UcD or TI technology? Last time I checked Nphysics modules were available to OEMs. The answer sure seems obvious.
