I read the review, very nice...and thanks too, it was quite flattering. I should mention that the pot is an Alps (better than any Noble) Black beauty, and also that when I said flat to 50 KHz, I actually meant -.5dB... the -3dB point is actually 125 KHz in the line stage. It can also drive lower impedances than 20K, but the extreme low frequencies will start to roll off...the output impedance is actually 1435 ohms at 20 Hz and approximately 650 ohms at 1 KHz.
